New Assisted Living Center Completed in Northeast Salem

Salem, OR
For Immediate Release
An award winning assisted living provider, Sweet Bye N Bye Inc., located in Northeast Salem, has just finished construction of a 32 bed residential care facility.

The new 32-bed, 15,766-square foot personal care facility is located on a 0.81-acre parcel adjacent to Sweet Bye N Bye's existing 16-bed residential care facility that was established in 2004. The older facility  will be converted to a memory care center that treats and provides assisted living exclusively for Alzheimers and dementia residents. The State of Oregon has approved the relocation of beds from the existing facility to the new residential care facility.

Sweet Bye N Bye is locally owned and managed by Angela Estrada, R.N. and Robert Estrada, RN.  They have won numerous awards in the senior living industry and recently had a zero deficiency report from the State of Oregon which is rare for an assisted living care facility in Oregon.
Sweet Bye N Bye Inc. has been providing licensed foster homes and residential care in Salem Oregon with six facilities and a staff of twenty. They set high standards in all aspects of care from medical to personal attention, activities, and quality of life for their residents.
Their five foster care homes are located in residential  neighborhoods and have a full time attending staff member in addition to  transportation services.
The senior living construction project was awarded to Star Builders LLC, based in Keizer, Oregon.
